Glide is a complete platform to help you fulfil orders for custom products that are made to order.
Start by importing orders from your website, or creating an order within Glide.
We aim to automate as much of your fulfilment process so you can make & ship orders faster, cheaper & easier than you thought possible.
Who is Glide for?
It's suitable for individuals who are just starting out, all the way to global enterprise businesses who manufacture & fulfil 1000's orders/day worldwide.
We've built Glide to grow with you and priced it low to lower the barrier to getting great systems in all businesses.
Why did you build Glide?
Like you, we've run businesses that have sold custom products. And it could be painful at times!
We couldn't find a tool that was truly great and reasonably priced, so we built our own which we've been using for a few years.
Over the years, when we showed it to our friends from the industry, they loved it and asked if they could also use it. That pushed us to make it suitable for other businesses too - enter Glide!
We've poured the learning from all 16+ years manufacturing custom products into Glide. We hope you love it and it positively impacts your business and life as much as if did ours.

Why should I use Glide?
It's simple - to save time & money. But importantly (and probably of greater importance) is to make growing your business a joy!
We've run businesses that make custom products and production was a constant headache..until we made Glide.
We urge you not to wait and worry about your systems later. Growth only makes solving these internal order fulfilment issues harder. Don't run your business using generic tools like email & Kanban boards.

How long are your contracts?
All plans are month to month, unless you sign up for a yearly plan.
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes, if you ever decide that we're not the best platform for your business, simply cancel your account.
If you are on a monthly plan and cancel halfway through the month, your account will close at the end of the month.
If you are on a yearly plan and cancel halfway through the year, your account will close at the end of the year.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, the first 7 days are free to use.
After that, we have plans to suit businesses of all sizes so you can get the best value from Glide.
Do you have discounts?
Yes, we offer 2 months free on our yearly plans.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
If you downgrade your plan, it will downgrade at the end of the month, or year, depending on which plan you've signed up for.
If you upgrade your plan, it will change straight away so you don't have to wait to access the new features. If you do this halfway through your monthly or yearly plan, you'll be charged pro-rata for the new plan.
My plan includes 30 or 100 proofs per day. What does that mean?
Each time you click the 'Send proofs' button to send a new set of proofs for an order, it'll use 1 of that total.
For example, lets imagine you get 15 orders in a day. 10 of them get approved on the first go, and the other 5 take an average of 3 'iterations. That would use 10 + 15 = 25 proofs.
We find in Glide the average number of proof iterations to approval is 1.2, so we expect the plan for 30 proofs/day to handle ~25 orders/day. However, this can vary from product to product.
How easy is it to get started?
It's very easy, even for large businesses.
We've built Glide to be a self-service platform so you can do everything you need in your own time.
Glide University (coming soon) is a huge resource of articles & videos that helps you at every stage.
However, we know some businesses prefer to outsource set up or just want more help. We offer a setup service where we work alongside you to get Glide integrated within your business and being used by every relevant team member.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans.
We do offer an optional setup service to help get you started. Please contact us for more details.
Is Glide easy to use?
Yes! One of our core principles is 'Make things a joy to use', so we're constantly agonising over the best user experience shaving time of each interaction.
We also like to talk about 'removing the mundane', which means we want Glide to take the boring, repetitive stuff so your people can focus on the higher-value, more interesting activities.
Do you help me to get setup?
Yes. We have a few different options.
Glide has been designed to be super intuitive, anyone can use it. We put plenty of help notes throughout the platform so there is help at every stage. Glide University is also coming soon, which contains tons of guides & video to help you.
We also offer a setup service where we'll work closely with your team to get Glide setup correctly and having the maximum positive impact on your business.
