Learn how usage based billing works

Each plan comes with a an upfront set of usage "limits", you can absolutely go over these "limits" and you will be billed for each extra unit. We will contact you when you get to 90% of the limit.

  • Usage does not rollover.

We think this is best as it means that you receive predicatable pricing as your orders go up and down throughout the year.

  • SMS: Each SMS sent after the included limit will be added to the monthly invoice at the rate on the plan. Remember that scheduled notifications and reminders will use this limit (if enabled)
  • Proofs: Each Proof sent after the included limit will be added to the monthly invoice at the rate on the plan. Remember that scheduled notifications and reminders will use this limit (if enabled)
  • Brands: We add the maximum number of brands used in the billing period
  • Active users: We add the maximum number of active users used in the billing period
  • Storage: We add the maximum number of gibibytes uses used in the billing period.

Why do you write gibibytes, not gigabytes?​

To be accurate. We use base 2 for all storage space, this makes it clearer as we are saying that 1GiB = 1073741824 bytes.
