File storage
When you signed up to Glide we asked you which country you were based in as Glide tries to store the data as close to you as possible. If you need to store files in a different country for data protection reasons you can add install a new Storage App.

Availability: All
Be sure to update your Rules to make sure you then use this new Storage App.
Notes
You cannot uninstall this location until all files have been deleted or moved
Bring your own file storage
Availability: Enterprize
If you have an S3 compatible storage provider you can save files in there instead of Glide's inbuilt locations. You might also see this used if we've configured a custom location for you based upon our agreement - this will most likely apply to customers in South and Central America.
Notes
- You cannot browse existing files added before Glide
- You cannot uninstall this location until all files have been deleted or moved
- Your Secret Key will be stored in Google Secrets for safe-keeping.
